Some minor modifications

Post  desautdw on Thu 2 Sep - 23:32

I removed the fin shields as they looked funny/weird, worked on the seat cowl some more and did some more detail and mechanical work that doesn't show but makes it run much better. May be selling it to fund a winter project, if the price is right!

Question on Fin Covers

Post  desautdw on Fri 3 Sep - 17:02

They were on the bike when I bought it and I sold them separately. I think you would have to have someone weld you up some out of flat stock now as I haven't seen them for sale for years. The guy who bought them from me was putting them on a KZ with fin damage to dress them up a bit

Looks like I have sold my bike to finance next project. Have a cash offer, but have not seen the money yet. I want to buy a smaller twin for next bike but here she is possibly for the last time.
