Stunden später ... Andy, du hast doch nicht den Futterschlüssel steckenlassen!?

Nice kind of make - tubing instead of sheet alloy as normally used.
I wonder where they're supposed to be fixed to the frame?

Best regards

I figured it out...Andreas is a Robot , he needs no sleep , semi-synthetic oil runs trough his veins and drinks Jet fuel to keep his motor running.

Hi guys, the dark side of winter goes away - THE MOTOR comes back to town - yeah!!. Rebuild SR engine in gunmetalgrey. You never see him before, so look what`s possible. Now i have so much to do - build a bigger showroom, rebuild two SR`s, Thruxtonproject and btw also a 20 years old Vespa ( not really a c-racer) - oh yes i forgot :the rebuild from arround 20 classic steel bicycle. So it`s work enough for two days!!

Very nice job Andreas,
Do you still have time to work between the projects?
It looks like your blue SR500.
My xs project is also on a low level I first have to fix a scooter. It's a real troublescooter jocolor

Hi Hans,
work between the projects - no, who has time for this? - i take only the money at the end of the month!
The engine optic is not the same - blue Diva is black grey silver. It´s not so clear on the pics, but the gunmetallgrey looks more "technical" on
that motor. I build all my projects in "you will see" construction. So first step is to put the frame on wheels. Possible that i blast the polished parts? - Like i say - you will see construction -
But first - i need space !

Hi Andreas

I love what you have done with the engine! Great job!!
Some questions:
did you spray painted the engine? I mean: with a professional spray paint gun?
are those the original side covers, or did you buy new ones?

Keep up the good work!

Hi Rocker - spraypainted without professionel gun ! Like i do all other paintjobs!. Also the frame is painted with the tin !
And if you know my grey Diva - "tinpainted" .Cover are the old one´s after blasting, grinding and polishing. Not a big job - i show how this works here under "how to prepare old parts".
