Guzzi v65 Café

Post  Ollie on Fri 21 May - 15:33

I' ve been changing my guzzi a bit last couple of months. It's a v65c, I think you agree that the custom model isn't the most beautiful model...
but with some changes into cafe style it starts to look quit a bit like a decent bike

She isn't completely finished yet, but with this sunny weather it's time to ride!
next winter the continuation. What would be nice then: maybe some of those straight mount inlet stubs like TinTin has on his guz Cool with K&Nn's, an other dash and somehow hide that huge battery.

This is how she was: pale

And this is her now:

I would lower the frontfork a bit. Must be an easy job.

thanx for the nice reactions! Very Happy

When I started changing the bike I tried to lower the frontfork, but somehow it wouldn't go. So I gave up for the moment and then I just completely forgot about it. So thanx for reminding me!
I'll give it another try...

Vele beter cheers

Ollie, may I ask where you got that seat? We might consider something similar on the Guzzi we're rebuilding at the moment.

Hi, Ollie is on holidays the next few months but the seat came from me... it came with a Guzzi lemans alu tank from ebay. Could have come from here http://www.ricambiweiss.de/product_info.php/info/p505_0051-GFK-MOTO-GUZZI--LE-MANS-1-3---HECK-HOeCKER-SITZ.html/XTCsid/4e96muiuuqcni82ernkbpspl32
