gt 500

at the moment im rebuilding a 1977 suzuki gt 500 i put a 750 front end on it so i could go with dual front disk make it look a little more mean im gonna be useing rd 400 expansion chambers does anyone know if that will mess up the ratio since i have a 500 im gonna be doing a little work to the engine cleaning the heads boaring them out a little im just worried its not gonna have enough kick let me know what you think thanks.

Nice project!
I like the seat alot!
2 disc brake is definitely a +... Looks more agressive to...
Don't know if your ratio is going to be messed up... I'll leave that to the pro's cheers

I do like the cut tank seat hump.The lines look good with the tank. Nice project.

hi,
i have a lot off years riding on that bike in the mid seventies...
and believe me, i have hat all the troubles that that bike (engine) could give ,
i got them all.....
but i must say , it always run, so be care-full at that machine..
