VampireG from Romania; HELLO !!

Post  VampireG on Fri 20 Aug - 17:17

Hi everybody !

My name is George and I'm from Romania. A friend of mine from us calls me ''vampire'' -being from Romania- so that's why I'm ''VampireG''...

If you guys know from where I can download the service/owner manual please lemme know cause I can't find it anywhere !

Ok so I'm 22 and this is my 82' Honda CB 400N ... love the bike despite the problems we share as we speak Rolling Eyes
Last night while I was ridin in Bucharest the bike began to choke....pf pf pf ...stop. Tried to start it again but no luck...several times. Some kind of click sound comes from the battery area... A brother biker pushed me and it ran but @ the next stop sigh...dead. Had to push it like and hour and a half on ma way home. I also have to sinc the carbs...

Lookin forward to became a part of this family, to share and enjoy good times here !!!!!!!!!

Welcome to the forum!
Your bike is a good base for many modifications: you can create a great cafe racer out of her!

Welcome George, sounds like there is something wrong with the electrical system ? If you have any questions regarding that, there is a specific section here on the forum ; 'Technical questions'

thank you guys for the warm welcome !

the battery was dead so that was the main problem. I still need to figure out the 2nd piston not workin issue. will do some check ups this weekend since I'll have some free time on my hands. I'll post more details in the tech corner.
did some riding in the meantime, had 2 crashes ... but I'm fine. and so is the bike !
