Hi Morten,

The mudguard looks much better, maybe if you shorten it a bit, and putt a tailight on. will finisch it off
Pipes are super they fit like a rubber glove.

Thanks for your input Frank, here i have tried to put on taillight, number plate and decals.
For the color i think white/offwhite with black decals. Some kind of matte vintage patina.
I`m not shure what color on the mudguards, maybe the same white ?

Here is how to make a mudguard that fits like a glove.

First ten layers of cotton stretch sheets over the wheel to get around 7-8mm clearance between the tire and mudguard.

Then one layer of gladpack........ and all the stuff you need to cast the mudguard.
300gr, 160gr and surface mat. Epoxy resin, do not use polyester it will melt the gladpack.

3-4 layers of 300gr mat, 2 layers of 160 gr and one layer of surface mat. It will give you a nice matt finnish to prime.

Nice bike, man. It screams to be driven.

I love the paintwork, at first I tought white would be ugly, but I'm convinced that it can be nice.

I made the taillight myself from an old flashlight Laughing here you see the rest.
The lightswitch i`m not shure about yet, maybe a old Aprilla switch who fit the Tommaselli clutch handle.
Or maybe one like yours, from where did you order it ?

And my bike has 10-15 hp more after i tuned it..........

Engine type: Twin, two-stroke
Power: 39.00 HP (28.5 kW)) @ 7500 RPM
Top speed: 170.0 km/h (105.6 mph)
