Interesting and really good looking device!

What I don't understand: why did you design it as a rocker?

You could have attached the upper cabel directly to the roller!?

Or did you think the system would be to waggly without a pivot?

Best regards

I did it this way to get a little more power on the roller,
and also to get the upper cable away from the headlight.

Ah, I see. Looked quite much like 1:1 ratio at first glance, but as you mentioned it...

Where do you want to attach the support for the sleeve of the upper cable?

And did I get it right, you're gonna use one single inner cable for both sides
of the brake, aren't you?

Curious

Here you see the rubber hose for the upper cable. Supported to the same bracket as the others.
And yes i will use a single cable from one side to the other.

Not a lot of foam, just enough to get the shape i want.
I needed to lower the sides of the base to hide the frame and to get a straight line from under the tank.

Foam, everything will be covered with a thin layer of soft foam and leather..... Do you like the shape ?

Hi Morten,

The seat looks real good, perfect lines between seat and tank.
But what about your rear fender/mudguard, imho its a bit to big and to deep.
A round and less deep style will look better, but thats just my opinion Cool

Keep up the good work,
Grtz Frank,

Pipes, pipes, pipes....... this is a LOT of work, thinking, fun and learning :-)
Everything must fit, center stand up and down, rear wheel bolt, rear sets.......
and most of all, the right 70`s look.
