Hi. Harton for me is a most gorgeous type of a cafe racer. Connection norton frame with sportster engine can get a very nice looking bike.

Looks good, a big v twin in a featherbed frame is a great combo. Im doing a similar idea with the brakes, using the honda inboard disks, but cant work out the best way of attaching them to the forks.

Hi Mo®ten,

the Brakes are Honda CBX (Cromstar wheeels) and I have make special rings for the spokes (in the picture are they not ready drilled yet).
The tank is from a Norton Manx.

shortening fork

Post  pasta-moto on Tue 23 Nov - 1:20

The best way for shortening fork is when you have lathe, then you can cut the fork few centimeter, and make new thread inside it, for instal the screw.
P.S. This hub worked on a spokes is a very very greate idea

Einstich in's Standrohr machen muß.

Viele Grüße

HARTON

Post  Hank on Sun 19 Dec - 15:50

What you can try is a pair of Honda CB 500 four ( or 550 ) legs, they are short and will give no problem with the suspencion. You can use the innerlegs with dampers of the CB 500 / 550 with the outerlegs of the CBX AT LEAST WHEN THE CBX LEGS ARE ALSO 35 mm !!! ( I'm not sure of ?? )
I'll hope you can do something with this.
Nice idea to use the CBX innerdisk !
