What to do with this original Yamaha XS 650

Post  BTNXSBOY on Sat 31 Dec - 9:35

Found after 20 years under a carport but almost complete original
Because the bike didn't ride for that period, it has only 44000 km/27500 miles on the clock
After cleaning/checking the engine, it runs like a brand new one
But the parts aren't that beautiful but not to bad either
So shall I change it or leave it this way with the story of the bike.........

Could do that, but like working on the bike
For now, it's changing in a early 70's XS
Does anyone got a nice chrome headlight (or the ring)
Does anyone have a nice chrome front fender

Keep it , those are fun and easy bikes to work on (2cil) and so much you can do with it. cheers
If i had an xs650 for that year i would chop it up and make it something original, if i had an early xs650 i would restore it Wink

The looks changed a bit
Brit style ................
The exhaust is old but a try out if the bike runs good on it
