looking great

for a more caferacer look you should get the M-steer more downwards.
Don't worry about the steering angle. The only time when you use the full angle is when you want to turn the bike while walking next to it.
While riding you barely steer with your steer. Maybe a few degrees.

Well, I gave it as good thought and I think what I need is an Ace bar, wich is going more down and is not so high as the M-bar i got right now. The clip-ons will make me loose too much of rotation angle, it's not a problem when I ride, true, but it is when I try to get my bike in my very very tiny backyard...
If everything goes well, I think I may have already found the Ace bar I need...!

Next step:
I removed the M-Bar and put an Ace bar. The position to ride is much better and absolutely more fun, and it's looking great (to me, at least ).
I had to shorten a bit the turning lights, for the rest no problem.

Your bike looks great in Black...
it has a strong effect and seems very confident...
I like the use of white pin stripe... I never thought to use on wheels
Not for me, but for you yes.

I like your use of chequer and hood over front light
the seat is perfect and glove box is good to have...

I think it has a good look...

Hi Z650 - now really a nice bike - but take the roadworksign away - on a M - steeringbar you must use some "bulleysturnrsignals. The new small seat is not in harmony with the big turnsignals. And i would take the rear footrests away. Looks more like it is - place for one!! Hope you not fam about my "strong" critic words.

I agree with the above. I would also like to say that installing low placed clipons instead of this M bar will make it look even better than it does now.

This bike capture the raw spirit of cafe.
The simplicty of a factory bike conversion into personal expression
really comes thru here...

A work in progress, and good members keen to help...
I like the seat and tailpiece,
I also like the extractors and the cockpit end is very confident...
The cafe flags are perfect and the colour is also perfect.

This bike belongs to Someone..
sincere, wild and possibly agressive :)
as in someone who plays their music loud...

I was hesitating for a while, it could indeed look better, but I prefer this solution, at least for now.

Hi z650- this is yours - and if it`s perfect for your eyes - never change! It`s me personell view - i don`t like big turnsignals. Some things grow with the time!

Great bike, great sound, great music , what more can i say !

I find it the best to leave some original parts there were they belong on the bike as it is with yours !

Nothing wrong with a total conversion (duno if its the right word) but i prefer it a lil original Very Happy

Hey well done Zed, natty little clip...
When mine's going again, soon I hope, I'm gonna make a clip as well..
You gonna be my inspiration, you and Miob on his kick arse, mean lookin BM

Fazel said he was gonna make a clip as well, but I ask you...
Just were is it ???
And Zen should have one, he's an arty type with mountains
of creativity, he could be anything... cyclops

I agree with Toey, keeping it real and modding to suit yourself...
It takes years to finish a bike like yours...
what you got is is great, looks nothing like before,
oh my god how plain Jane that was... silent

Now it looks like some big Goof-Off (you) gonna come out
and knock someone's block off for looking at it...
maate... bad to the bone cheers
Maate once that bad arse Forum sticker goes on... maaate.
it's gonna be all over Rover, for sure...
