few of my bikes

Post  pantah on Tue 27 May - 22:11

here's the Laverda 668:

and the 750S:

the Pantah:

and again, this time with my girlfriend on it :)

the GT750J:

the Ducati Aurea 125:

The MHR and GTV are currently totally stripped so pictures of those will follow later. Here's the Regolarita how I found it, so as you can see: lots of work to get it going again.

So many bikes, so little time

seems to me as a beautifull project. Is it complete? From which year? Read somewhere that parts from the first 2 years are hard to find.

Parts are available on Ebay from time to time. You should also check all the links on the site of the Morini-club in Holland. England also has a lot of enthousiasts for these Morini's.

Mine is a 74-model and is actually a Strada, but I want to rebuild it like a Sport. Off course it won't run as fast as a Sport, but as long as it runs smoothly, I don't mind. Wink

Re: few of my bikes

Picked up this old topic of mine to report the joining of another Italian stallion in da house. Last weekend I bought myself a second Moto Morini in Germany. It's a 82 350 sport. It ran on one cilinder only at first so I did a check and one of the ignition modules was failing so I took one off my other Morini and now the Sport runs perfectly. I took it for a short testrun only because I want to replace the timing belt first. I don't know how long or how many km it has been on the bike so better to be safe than sorry. The clutch was also slipping but new disks are on the way over here allready.

I'll take some pics soon after I've cleaned it up a bit. I want it to look nice when photographed! Twisted Evil

@ pantah: Zane' bikes are great. Bit too modern to my taste but a lot more exclusive than any other italian bike. Although i'd do ugly things for Any Regolarita bike. I'm a breganze fan. Currently on a 1979 Jota -most awesome bike I've ever swung a leg over- and looking out for a good 750 SF2.
@tintin: you need to learn to share. 4 3 1/2 can't be good for you.

keep us in the loop when you're selling. I'm sure you'll want the bikes to go to a good home

a Durkopp Diana project in parts; restored example:

and a Glas Isar T700 unrestored with spare engines/spare parts (I already have an interested buyer)

When the first Morini is dug out of the pile I'll put it up for sale here first
